JOB OVERVIEW

We're an e-commerce company running paid campaigns across multiple European markets (NL, BE, DE, UK, SE, FI, and others). We're looking for a Facebook Ads Manager to take ownership of campaign uploads and account management across our portfolio of 20+ ad accounts.

What You'll Do

Launch and manage campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager daily (except Sundays), following our established structure (adsets, budgets, targeting per market)
Work across multiple ad accounts and business manager profiles using AdsPower (multi-login browser)
Upload finished ad creatives once notified by the Creative Director, and mark campaigns as launched in our shared tracking spreadsheet
Once a week, add new adsets to winning campaigns based on the latest performance data and creative iterations, spotting inconsistencies, errors, or mistranslations before campaigns go live
Monitor live campaigns and flag performance issues or anomalies
Take initiative to resolve business manager, ad account or Facebook Page issues (restrictions, disables, bans) — this is a proactive role, not just a reactive one
Communicate daily via ---------- with the Owner, Creative Director, and rest of the team on campaign status and issues
Keep the shared spreadsheet accurately updated (Launched?, Launched On, and related fields)

What You Need

Deep hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager and Business Manager — you should know both inside and out, including troubleshooting account/page restrictions
A sharp eye for detail — spotting discrepancies between creative, copy, and campaign setup before they become costly mistakes
Clear, responsive communication skills (written, via ---------- )
A stable, fast internet connection — this role requires managing multiple browser profiles and accounts simultaneously without lag
Comfortable working with tools like AdsPower or similar multi-login software (or willing to learn quickly)

How We Work

- All team communication happens on ----------
- Task tracking happens via a shared Google Spreadsheet
- Working hours are tracked using hubstaff
- Campaigns launch daily except Sundays, with a weekly cycle of adding adsets to winning campaigns
- You'll work closely with the Creative Director (who supplies ad creative) and the Owner (who sets strategy and product direction)
