JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-scaling fashion dropshipping company looking for a *Facebook Media Buyer (Ad Launcher Focused)* to join our team.

This role is specifically for *launching ads at scale*, not deep optimization. If you have hands-on experience launching campaigns for Shopify fashion stores and understand high-volume product testing structures, this is for you.

## About Us

We currently operate *4 Shopify fashion stores, with plans to scale to **15–20 stores at peak*.

Our model is structured, repeatable, and systemized. We test aggressively and launch at volume.

## Your Core Responsibility

Your primary role is to *launch Facebook ads daily* across multiple stores with precision and consistency.

### Daily Volume Per Store:

* 10 products per day
* 3 ads per product
* *30 ads launched per store per day*

At scale (15–20 stores), this becomes a high-volume launch operation.

## How Our System Works

* The *10 products per day are identical across all stores*
* The *ad creatives are identical across all stores*
* Only the *ad copy is translated* to match the store’s market language (via DeepL)
* UK = English (Control Store)
* France = French
* Germany = German
* Etc.

You will:

1. Launch ads in the *English Control Store first*
2. Then replicate the structure across all other stores
3. Translate copy using DeepL
4. Ensure everything matches the native language of that market

## Technical Setup

* All ads are launched via *Incogniton*
* Each store has its own:

* Proxy
* Private browsing profile
* Ad account
* Business Manager

You must be comfortable working with:

* Multi-store environments
* Proxies
* Anti-detect browsers (Incogniton)
* Structured naming conventions
* Facebook Ads Manager at scale

## Collaboration

You will work closely with our *Product Importer*, who handles daily product uploads and listings across all stores.

This is a synchronized workflow:

* Products go live
* Ads get launched same day
* Repeat daily

Speed and organization are critical.
