Role Overview
As our
You’ll be responsible for launching and optimizing campaigns that drive qualified traffic and helping build simple, effective funnels that convert those leads into sales opportunities. You will work closely with our Marketing Director, Marketing Project Engineers, and creative team to deliver measurable results.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Paid Traffic & Lead Generation (Primary Focus)
- Create and manage paid campaigns that drive qualified high-ticket leads:
- Meta
- Audience targeting, testing, and optimization
- Retargeting campaigns
- Write or collaborate on ad copy and creative testing
- Set up UTM tracking, conversion events, and audiences
- Launch and monitor campaigns, optimizing for lead quality and ROI
Funnel & Lead System Support (Secondary)
- Build and implement lead capture pages / landing pages
- Create B2B lead magnets
- Assist with
- Set up thank-you / confirmation flows
- Build retargeting funnels
- Support follow-up systems that move leads toward booked calls or sales conversations
(Note: This is not a website builder role — focus is on lead generation, not full site development.)
Campaign Execution
- Work with the design and content teams to launch campaigns quickly
- Optimize funnels using A/B testing, conversion tracking, and performance analytics
- Collaborate with other Marketing Project Engineers on campaign rollouts
- Proficient in using AI tools such as Grok, ChatGPT, or Gemini

Analytics & Reporting
- Track paid media and funnel performance
- Use analytics tools (Google, Meta, HubSpot) to identify improvements
- Provide daily and weekly reporting on campaign effectiveness, spend, ROI, and opportunities
Requirements
- Proven experience running
- Proven experience generating high-ticket leads
- Strong digital marketing skills
- Experience generating and nurturing B2B leads
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
- Excellent written English and communication skills
- Able to follow systems, meet deadlines, and work independently within a team
- Funnel-building experience is a plus (but not the primary focus)
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Shopify, or Zipify is a plus
- Google Ads, PPC, or graphic design skills are a plus
- Bonus: Experience with product launches, tech marketing, SaaS marketing, or B2B campaigns
