We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Assistant who is 100% proficient in paid advertising and lead generation for booked appointments. This role requires strong experience in
Key Responsibilities
Paid Advertising
Set up, schedule, and launch ad campaigns across
Conduct weekly optimizations across all 35 accounts (audience updates, bidding, budgets, creatives, keyword refinement, etc.).
Build and maintain appointment-focused lead generation systems.
Monitor performance and adjust campaigns proactively when results decline.
Account Management
Develop and implement High-Risk Account Management Plans, including compliance strategies and recovery processes.
Track weekly budgets and ensure no overspend across accounts.
Provide weekly and monthly reporting (lead volume, CPL, CPB, ROAS, CTR, keyword performance, trends).
Attend a weekly meeting with the client representative to review, present, and discuss account performance.
CRM & GoHighLevel (GHL)
Troubleshoot issues with funnels, calendars, workflows, triggers, forms, and pipelines.
Ensure lead flow is functioning from ads ? CRM ? notifications ? bookings.
Conduct weekly GHL audits to verify workflows, reminders, and booking systems are operating properly.
Analytics
Review campaign data and identify trends, issues, and optimization opportunities.
Provide clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Communicate proactively regarding accounts that need additional support or changes.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience running
Demonstrated ability to generate booked appointments, not just leads.
Strong proficiency in GoHighLevel (forms, funnels, workflows, triggers, calendars, troubleshooting).
Ability to manage 35 accounts effectively and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Strong reporting, data interpretation, and budget management skills.
Excellent communication and proactive problem-solving abilities.
Preferred:
Experience with chiropractic, wellness, or other local service-based industries.
Understanding of Meta and Google policy compliance.
Ability to build basic funnels or landing pages inside GHL.
