Type: Part-time, 15–25 hrs/week — grows into a full Facebook Manager role
Pay: $5/hr USD to start · $7/hr once you take over the full Facebook
setup · monthly bonus

About the role
We sell health and wellness products in the Dutch/Belgian market through Facebook
Ads.

You launch our campaigns every morning and write the ad copy that goes in
them.

Where it goes: we want one person owning our entire Facebook operation -
profiles, BMs, ad accounts, pages, ban replacements. That's this role in six
months, at $7/hr, with paid ---------- l us in your application if you want it.

Volume: 1–3 launches/day.

What you'll do
Launching
Launch every morning, scheduled for midnight European time
Build campaigns in Meta Ads Manager to our naming conventions
Upload creatives from the creative team
Work in an anti-detect browser (provided)
Kill losers on our fixed rule

Ad copy - the other half
Write and localize primary text + headlines for every ad, to our SOP
Source competitor ads (country filter, impressions, reach, recency)
Translate and localize
Use AI properly to do it. We expect you to work with AI tools for copy, research and translation

Comment moderation (~10 min, daily)
Hide negative and spam comments.

Requirements
1+ year hands-on in Meta Ads Manager, launching campaigns for ecommerce or
dropshipping. Campaign creation, ad sets, audiences, budgets
Anti-detect browser experience (AdsPower, GoLogin, Multilogin or similar)
Strong written English.
Comfortable with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude or similar) for copy, research
Reliable on a deadline.
Follows SOPs precisely
Good Internet 25 Mbps+

Bonus points
Managing multiple FB profiles, BMs and ad accounts
Knowledge of Shopify, Funnelish or a tracking platform
ROAS, break-even ROAS and basic ad metrics
