JOB OVERVIEW

Summary
We are looking for an experienced Facebook ad ---------- to handle the daily uploading, launching, and management of ad creatives inside Facebook Ads Manager for a high-volume DTC brand spending six figures per day on Meta.

This is not a media buying role. You are not d ---------- strategy, setting budgets, or optimizing campaigns. You are the person who takes the creatives, copy, and campaign specs from the media buying team and gets them live — accurately, quickly, and at volume.

At our scale, upload speed, accuracy, and reliability are everything. One wrong UTM, one mismatched creative, one campaign launched with the wrong settings costs real money. We need someone who has done this before at a brand spending serious budget and understands that precision matters as much as pace.

Responsibilities:

Ad Uploading & Launching
- Upload and launch Facebook and Instagram ad creatives daily based on specs and briefs from the media buying team.
- Set up campaigns, ad sets, and ads accurately — correct objectives, targeting, placements, budgets, bid strategies, and naming conventions every time.
- Upload creatives in bulk using Facebook's bulk upload tools, bulk sheets, or third-party uploaders to maintain speed at high volume.
- Match the correct creative assets (images, videos, GIFs) to the correct copy (primary text, headlines, descriptions) and the correct landing page URLs with correct UTM parameters — zero mismatches.
- Launch test variations at volume — multiple hooks, multiple creatives, multiple copy variations — organized cleanly inside the ad account.

Naming Conventions & Organization
- Follow strict naming conventions for campaigns, ad sets, and ads so the media buying team and reporting tools can read performance cleanly.
- Maintain an organized, consistent ad account structure that the media buyer can navigate without confusion.
- Tag and label creatives, angles, hooks, and funnels correctly so performance can be attributed and analyzed accurately.

Project Management & Communication
- Work from a shared Notion board (or equivalent project management tool) where the creative team stages assets and copy for upload.
- Track upload status — what's been uploaded, what's pending, what's live — and keep the board updated so nothing falls through the cracks.
- Communicate clearly with the media buyer and creative team on upload timelines, blockers, and any issues with assets or specs.
- Flag problems before they go live — wrong aspect ratios, missing copy, broken URLs, policy-risk creatives — rather than uploading blindly and letting the media buyer discover the issue.

Account & Profile Management
- Use your own Facebook profile with a clean history and ad account access.
- Manage your profile and Business Manager access responsibly — no policy violations, no account flags caused by careless behavior.
- Understand how to maintain account health at scale — you know what triggers restrictions and how to avoid them.

QA & Accuracy
- QA every ad before it goes live — preview the ad on mobile and desktop, verify the landing page URL loads correctly, confirm UTMs are firing, check that the creative matches the copy.
- Double-check targeting, placement, and budget settings against the brief before launching.
- Catch and fix errors before they cost money — not after.

Must-Have Experience
- Direct experience uploading ads for a brand spending at minimum seven figures annually on Facebook, ideally eight figures. You need to have operated at real scale — not a small account with 5 ads a week.
- Experience using Facebook bulk upload tools, bulk sheets, or third-party bulk uploaders to launch ads at volume.
- Your own Facebook profile with a clean history, active Business Manager access, and no outstanding policy strikes or restrictions.
- Experience with strict naming conventions and organized ad account structures at scale.
- Experience using Notion or a comparable project management tool to track creative pipelines and upload workflows.
- Extremely high attention to detail — UTMs, URLs, creative-copy matching, targeting, and budget settings must be right every time.
Ability to work fast without sacrificing accuracy. Speed and precision are equally important.

Nice to Have
- Experience with ---------- Facebook profiles as backup profiles in case of account issues. If you've managed backup profiles before and understand how to set them up and maintain them safely, that's a significant plus.
- Experience uploading for DTC supplement, health, or wellness brands — familiarity with the ad policy landscape for health-adjacent products.
- Experience with direct response ad formats — advertorial click-throughs, VSL campaigns, lead gen, and multi-step funnel structures.
- Familiarity with Triple Whale, Hyros, or other attribution tools and how UTM structures feed into them.
- Experience with TikTok or Google Ads uploading in addition to Facebook.

What Success Looks Like
- Ads go live on time, every time — the media buyer never waits on uploads.
- Zero upload errors — correct creatives, correct copy, correct URLs, correct UTMs, correct settings. Every time.
- The ad account is clean and organized — anyone on the team can navigate it and understand the structure.
- The Notion board is always current — the creative team and media buyer know exactly what's been uploaded, what's pending, and what's live.
- You flag problems before they go live, not after. Broken links, wrong assets, policy-risk creatives — you catch them.
- Account health stays clean — no preventable restrictions or policy strikes caused by upload-side mistakes.

Who This Is Not For
- If you have only managed small ad accounts with low volume — the pace and precision required at our spend level will be a significant step up.
- If you do not have your own Facebook profile with clean account access — we cannot onboard you.
- If your attention to detail is "good enough" rather than obsessive — one wrong UTM at our scale can misattribute thousands of dollars of spend.
- If you see this as a stepping stone to become a media buyer — this is an execution role and we need someone who takes pride in doing it perfectly.

How to Apply
Please send:

1. Your experience uploading ads at scale — what brand(s), what was the monthly spend, and what was your daily upload volume?
2. Which bulk upload tools or methods you have used?
3. Your experience with naming conventions and ad account organization at scale.
4. Confirm you have your own Facebook profile with active, clean Business Manager access.
5. Your experience with Notion or similar project management tools for tracking creative pipelines.
6. Your availability and rate.
