We run Meta advertising campaigns for multiple businesses and need someone who can consistently produce professional, conversion-focused static ad graphics.

We are specifically looking for the polished, commercial advertising style shown in the portfolio — not basic Canva templates or generic social media posts. The reference seller specifically focuses on high-converting Meta ad creatives designed for clicks and conversions.

What You'll Be Doing
Designing static Facebook & Instagram ads
Turning supplied concepts/copy into polished creatives
Creating multiple variations of winning concepts
Working across different industries and brands
Following reference creatives and brand guidelines
Producing both 1:1 and 4:5 formats where required
Making revisions quickly when needed
What We're Looking For

You should have:

Strong Photoshop / professional graphic design skills
Experience specifically designing paid social ads
Excellent typography and visual hierarchy
Ability to make offers/headlines immediately stand out
Strong understanding of direct-response advertising
Fast turnaround times
Ability to consistently match a supplied reference style
