JOB OVERVIEW

About the role:
We are a growing European health and wellness e-commerce brand running direct response Facebook campaigns across Finland and expanding into new EU markets. We target the 50-70 age demographic with health, wellness and skincare products.
We need a creative specialist who takes existing competitor static ad creatives and transforms them into fully >Facebook-compliant versions — adjusting copy, headlines and visuals while preserving the core message and conversion power.

What you will do:

Take existing competitor ad creatives and recreate compliant versions
Adjust headlines, ad copy and creative elements to meet Meta health advertising policies for EU markets
Generate ad images using Nano Banana 2 based on detailed prompts
Use ChatGPT and Claude to refine copy and check compliance
Produce compliant creatives for multiple health and wellness products daily
Ensure every submission is ready to go live — no back and forth on basic compliance issues

What we are looking for:

Experience with health, wellness, supplements or skincare advertising on Facebook
Strong understanding of Meta advertising policies for health products — especially EU market regulations
Hands-on experience with AI tools — Nano Banana 2, ChatGPT, Claude
Strong English copywriting skills with ability to adapt tone for different products
Detail oriented — you catch compliance issues before submission not after rejection
Self-managed — you deliver consistently without supervision
Fast worker — multiple products need creatives daily

Screening test — required before interview:
Review this ad and identify all compliance violations, then rewrite the copy and suggest what the image should show to make it fully >Facebook compliant:
"Cures joint pain in 72 hours — clinically proven. Before: could barely walk. After: back to normal. Doctors are amazed. Order now while stocks last — limited time 80% discount."
Applications without the completed screening test will not be considered.

Compensation:

Base salary: $400/month paid weekly
Performance bonus: €40 per campaign achieving ROAS 3.0+ at €200/day budget for 2 consecutive days

Working style:

Remote, fully flexible hours
Daily creative briefs provided — existing competitor ads to adapt
Deliverables expected same day or next day
Weekly 30-minute video call for feedback and direction
