We are seeking a reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant from the Philippines to join our team in a long-term role.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, customer service, problem-solving, and supporting a growing business. Trade-related training will be provided.

Position Details

Position: Full-Time Virtual Assistant

Schedule: 6–8 hours per day during U.S. business hours, between 7 am and 7 pm, with overlap with other VAs and office staff.

Compensation:
Training rate for the first 30 days, with a performance review and compensation adjustment thereafter, DOE.

Responsibilities

* Respond to customer emails, texts, and inquiries
* Schedule appointments and follow up with customers
* Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
* Update CRM and job management software
* Draft proposals, invoices, and customer communications
* Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable tasks
* Submit warranty claims with manufacturers and distributors
* Apply for permits and customer rebate programs
* Assist with purchasing job materials and equipment
* Maintain task lists, follow-up lists, and internal tracking systems
* Assist with social media and marketing activities
* Organize emails, documents, notes, and customer information
* Support the office team with administrative and operational tasks

Qualifications

* Excellent English speaking and writing skills
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive
* Comfortable learning new software and systems
* Previous Virtual Assistant experience preferred
* Experience with CRM or job management software is a plus
* Experience in HVAC, construction, plumbing, electrical, home services, or related industries is a strong advantage
