JOB OVERVIEW

FULL-TIME VIDEO EDITOR — SIMPLE ADS, HIGH VOLUME, PAID PER VIDEO
We run paid video ads and we need volume. We're hiring one full-time editor to make simple product ads, every day, long term.
The work
Simple short-form video ads. We give you the footage, the images, and the brief. You cut it, add captions, export it. That's the job.

These are not cinematic edits. Speed and consistency matter more than polish. If you need every video to be a portfolio piece, this isn't the right job for you.

Target: 10 videos per day.
Pay
$6 USD per finished video.

At 10 videos a day that's $60 a day. Full-time, six days a week, that's roughly $1,500+ per month.

Paid twice a month, on time, every time. There is no cap — if you deliver more, you earn more.

A video counts as finished when it's delivered on time, follows the brief, is the right format, and the captions are clean. If something needs fixing I'll tell you exactly what in one sentence, and it counts once you fix it.
Hours
Full-time, Monday to Sunday, normal daytime hours in your own timezone. No night shift neccessary.

This is one job, not a side gig. We want someone who is here every day, not juggling other clients.
What you need
You can edit simple short-form video quickly and consistently
CapCut, Premiere, or Resolve — whatever you're fastest in
A computer that can actually handle 10 exports a day
Stable internet, and a backup plan when the power goes out

You can commit to 7 days a week, long term

Experience with paid ads is a plus, not a requirement. We'll teach you our formats.

Your computer specs, your internet speed, and what you do when the power goes out.
Two or three links to simple ads or short-form videos you've edited. Not a full reel — pick your most relevant ones.

No CV needed. If your answers are clear, I'll send you a short paid test: 3 videos, real footage, real brief. You get paid for the test whether or not you get the job.
