ABOUT THE COMPANY
We are a fast-growing, multi-million-dollar dog poop scooping and pet waste removal company based in the United States. We service thousands of customers each week and operate a fleet of 10+ field technicians across multiple service territories. Our company is scaling aggressively, and we are hiring a highly skilled Operations Manager to run the day-to-day backend of the business.
This is not an entry-level VA role.
This is a senior leadership position that is essential to our operations.

POSITION: FULL-TIME OPERATIONS MANAGER (REMOTE)
We are looking for a forward-thinking, exceptionally organized, detail-oriented Operations Manager who can oversee our daily operations, manage our VA team, coordinate field technicians, and ensure seamless communication between customers, office staff, and the field.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Route and Field Operations
• Build, optimize, and assign daily routes for 10+ field technicians
• Schedule and manage up to 500+ yards per day
• Make real-time adjustments to schedules based on delays, customer needs, or technician issues
Customer Service and Phone Communication
• Manage high-volume phone and
• Use Dialpad for inbound and outbound calling
• Deliver a high level of customer service and maintain a calm, professional tone
• Must sound like a near-native or native-level English speaker
VA Team Leadership
• Oversee and manage a team of three established VAs
• Assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure workflow efficiency
• Hold the team accountable and ensure completion of daily operational tasks
Communication Hub Management
• Use
• Manage updates, customer issues, schedule changes, and operational needs in real time
• Lead communication to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Strategic and Proactive Thinking
We need someone who:
• Identifies potential issues before they occur
• Works proactively instead of reactively
• Improves existing processes
• Maintains a solutions-first mindset and creates structure in fast-paced environments

TOOLS USED DAILY
• Routing and scheduling software (training provided)

QUALIFICATIONS
• C1 or C2 English fluency (must sound natural to U.S. customers)
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
• Experience in operations management, workforce management, or team leadership
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and make sound decisions
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with heavy voice work and continuous communication
• Must commit to this being your only job
• Must be able to handle long hours during onboarding and training (first 1–2 months)

WORK SCHEDULE
You must be available during U.S. Eastern Time.
Typical schedule: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST (full-time schedule within this range).
Some weekend coverage will be required.
This position requires full commitment, especially during the learning period.

COMPENSATION
35,000 PHP – 50,000 PHP per month
Compensation is negotiable based on experience.
