Position: Outbound Sales Ninja (Night Shift, Remote)
Are you a sales assassin with a velvet voice, a brain for follow-up, and the drive of an entrepreneur? The Data Driven Practice is looking for a world-class, A-player Outbound Sales Caller to help us change the healthcare game—one call at a time.
This role is not for the average sales rep. We’re looking for someone who can:
Follow proven scripts with excellence—but also knows when to pivot with confidence
Build trust fast with doctors and patients over the phone
Stay focused and sharp during night hours (US time zones work 9-5 MST)
Show up consistently, close consistently, and treat every lead like gold
???? What You’ll Be Doing:
? Outbound Calls:
Call 200 leads daily (100 new + 100 follow-ups)
Qualify leads using scripts for both DDP patients and doctors
Set 5+ appointments per day (cashflow blueprints, or paid consultations, )
? CRM & Follow-Up:
Log every outcome into CRM with accuracy and detail
Use follow-up systems (text/email/call) to boost show rates to 80%+
? Community Building: Get doctors to attend our upcoming event. Driven Doc Live.
Add 20+ leads per day into our free challenge, FB group, or course
Represent the voice of DDP with warmth, clarity, and professionalism
???? Results We Expect:
5+ qualified bookings/day, 50% close rate on conversations 2min plus
80%+ show rate for booked consults/workshops
5+ Golden Ticket Calls, or Cashflow blueprints booked
Precision CRM logging (no lead left behind)

Detail-Oriented: You log calls, update CRMs, follow workflows to the letter
? Bonus If You:
Have experience calling for a coaching program, agency, or health practice
Know Go High Level, Slack, and CRM tools
Have a quiet place to work + a headset with good audio quality

Reliable Wi-Fi + laptop
USB headset or equivalent
Quiet work environment for outbound calls

Night Shift 9-5 MST (U.S. time zones)
Monday–Friday (some weekends optional)

Competitive base pay
Daily/weekly bonuses for hitting targets
