Steady Auto Growth is hiring a full-time GoHighLevel Automation Specialist to join our growing team.

We are looking for someone who genuinely understands GoHighLevel and can build, troubleshoot, optimize, and improve automation systems without constant supervision.

This is not an entry-level position.

We want someone who can confidently build workflows, automations, pipelines, CRM systems, lead nurture sequences, appointment booking systems, and internal operational processes.

Job Overview

As our GoHighLevel Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for building and managing the backend systems that power both our agency and our clients.

Your work will directly impact lead generation, appointment booking, customer communication, and business efficiency.

You will work closely with leadership, sales, operations, website teams, and advertising teams to ensure systems are functioning properly and continuously improving.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage GoHighLevel workflows

• Create SMS and email automation sequences

• Build lead nurturing systems

• Create appointment booking automations

• Set up forms, surveys, triggers, and tagging systems

• Manage CRM pipelines and opportunity stages

• Build internal operational automations

• Troubleshoot broken workflows and automation issues

• Create reporting and tracking systems

• Improve existing systems based on feedback and performance

• Follow SOPs while also identifying better solutions

• Work with websites, funnels, and integrations when needed

Requirements

• Strong GoHighLevel experience

• Advanced understanding of workflows and automation logic

• Experience with pipelines, opportunities, tags, triggers, and campaigns

• Strong troubleshooting skills

• Experience integrating third-party platforms

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• Able to work independently

• Comfortable receiving direct feedback

• Strong English communication skills

• Looking for a long-term position
