JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for a Virtual Assistant to grow with us long-term.

We're a small, focused ecommerce operation managing multiple brands in the health and beauty space. We move fast, we're hands-on, and we're building something serious. This isn't a corporate job — it's a role where your work directly impacts the business every single day.

What you'll be doing:
- Manage day-to-day Shopify operations: orders, refunds, customer data
- Handle customer service across email, Facebook, and Instagram
- Oversee logistics: shipment tracking, supplier coordination, issue resolution
- Create social media content using Canva or Photoshop
- Manage data and reports in Excel/Google Sheets

What we need from you:
- Solid experience with Shopify
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive — you catch mistakes before they reach me
- Able to work independently without constant hand-holding
- Comfortable with fast, direct communication — I message quickly and expect the same. If you thrive in a slow-paced environment, this role isn't the right fit

Compensation:
You'll start at a base rate. As you grow with us and results show, pay increases and performance bonuses follow. I'm looking for someone to work with me for years, not weeks — and I compensate loyalty and growth accordingly.
