???? Your Role
1. Flows (PRIMARY FOCUS)
Using Klaviyo:
You will build and optimize:
Welcome flow
Abandon cart / browse abandon
Post-purchase
Replenishment flows
Winback flows
Not just setting them up — actually improving:
conversion rates
revenue per flow
timing + sequencing
???? This is where most of the money is.
2. Campaign Design + Execution
Design and send weekly campaigns
Product pushes, promos, content
Ensure:
clean, premium look
mobile-first
strong conversion structure
No “template spam.”
Everything must feel like a real brand.
3. Speed + Output
We move fast.
You should be able to:
turn ideas into live
iterate fast
fix problems without waiting

4. Attention to Detail
This is non-negotiable.
Spacing, formatting, alignment
Mobile responsiveness
Links, flows, triggers
QA before sending
Small mistakes = lost revenue.
5. Problem Solving
