FULL-TIME COLD CALLER / APPOINTMENT SETTER

Steady Auto Growth is hiring a full-time Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to join our growing team.

We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of cold calling experience who understands how to start conversations, overcome objections, qualify prospects, and consistently book appointments.

This is not an entry-level position.

We want someone who already knows how to work a dialer, stay organized, track performance, and produce results.

Job Overview

As a Cold Caller / Appointment Setter, your primary responsibility will be generating qualified appointments for our sales team.

You will be contacting business owners, qualifying opportunities, handling objections, and booking appointments directly into our calendars.

We are looking for someone who can maintain a professional attitude, stay consistent, and perform at a high level even when facing rejection.

Responsibilities

• Cold call business owners daily

• Qualify prospects and determine fit

• Overcome objections confidently

• Book qualified appointments into company calendars

• Maintain accurate CRM notes and tracking

• Follow appointment setting scripts and processes

• Consistently hit activity and performance KPIs

• Communicate with management regarding results and feedback

• Improve scripts and processes when opportunities arise

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of cold calling or appointment setting experience

• Strong English speaking skills

• Comfortable speaking with business owners

• Ability to handle rejection professionally

• Reliable internet connection

• Organized and detail-oriented

• Familiarity with CRM systems

• Self-motivated and able to work independently

• Looking for a long-term role

Compensation

• $200 USD per month base pay

• 5% commission on every closed deal

• Average client value: $5,000 upfront
