Title: Full-Time Virtual Assistant - AI Content, SEO, Google Ads & eBay for Automotive Website
Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Salary: $500 - $700 USD/month (depending on experience)

About Us:
We operate Tapa Jaguar & Land Rover Engines, an e-commerce website selling automotive engines and parts. We’re looking for a long-term Virtual Assistant who can use AI tools to grow our organic traffic and sales through content creation, SEO optimization, Google Ads management, and eBay store operations.
Your Main Responsibilities:
Week 1-2 (Setup & Performance Optimization Phase):
• Install and configure caching plugin (WP Rocket or LiteSpeed Cache) to dramatically speed up the site
• Optimize all images on the site (compress, lazy load)
• Clean up the WordPress database (remove spam, unused data, expired transients)
• Install and configure SEO plugins and schema markup
• Remove or deactivate unnecessary/slow plugins
• Create content generation workflow using ChatGPT/AI tools
• Optimize existing product pages
• Set up tracking and reporting systems
• Set up Google Merchant Center account and product feed
• Configure Google Shopping campaigns and Performance Max campaigns
• Audit and optimize eBay store listing (or create if doesn’t exist)
• Goal: Cut page load times from 3-5 seconds to under 1 second
Week 3+ (Ongoing):
• Generate 20-50 SEO-optimized pages per week using AI tools (ChatGPT)
• Topics: engine models, fault codes, diagnostic guides, installation instructions
• Publish and format content on WordPress
• Manage Google Ads campaigns (Shopping, Performance Max, Search)
• Maintain product feed in Google Merchant Center (daily or 4-hour updates)
• Manage eBay store (listings, inventory sync, pricing, customer service)
• Monitor and respond to chatbot conversations
• Basic SEO optimization (internal linking, meta descriptions, image optimization)
• Optimize all new images before uploading
• Weekly traffic and ranking reports
• Competitor research
• Product page updates
• Monthly database cleanup and maintenance
• Track and report on Google Ads ROAS, CPA, and conversion metrics
• Sync inventory across WordPress, Google Merchant Center, and eBay
Required Skills:
? Google Ads expertise - Shopping campaigns, Performance Max, Search campaigns, vehicle feed optimization
? Google Merchant Center experience - Product feed management, feed quality, daily/4-hour feed updates, attribute optimization
? eBay store management - Listing optimization, inventory management, pricing strategy, competitor analysis
? WordPress experience (adding pages, basic formatting, plugin management, performance optimization)
? SEO knowledge (keyword research, on-page optimization, basic technical SEO)
? Experience with ChatGPT or AI content tools
? Image optimization experience (compression, lazy loading)
? WordPress performance/caching plugin experience (WP Rocket, LiteSpeed Cache, W3 Total Cache, or similar)
? Google Analytics & conversion tracking - Understand ROAS, CPA, CTR metrics

What This Role Is Really About:
You’re not just managing a website — you’re managing a complete e-commerce operation across multiple channels:
• Organic traffic (SEO + AI content)
• Paid traffic (Google Ads)
• Marketplace sales (eBay)
• Conversion optimization (chatbot, landing pages, UX)
• Inventory sync (keeping all channels current)
Your goal: Drive traffic from multiple sources, keep inventory accurate everywhere, and maximize revenue.
Performance Optimization Priority:
Before we add hundreds of pages, we need a fast, clean foundation:
• Install caching plugin - Reduces page load times by 60-80%
• Compress all images - Images account for 50-70% of page weight
• Clean WordPress database - Remove spam, logs, revisions, expired data
• Disable slow plugins - Audit which plugins actually impact speed
• Enable browser caching - Speed up repeat visits
• Set up cache preloading - Pre-cache pages so no one hits an uncached page
Expected result: Your site will be noticeably faster BEFORE we add new pages.
Google Ads & Merchant Center Strategy:
Month 1:
• Set up Google Merchant Center account
• Create complete product feed (all engines in inventory)
• Launch Google Shopping campaigns
• Set up Performance Max campaign
• Optimize feed attributes (make, model, year, condition, price, mileage, transmission, etc.)
• Track initial performance metrics
Month 2+:
• Run A/B tests on ad copy and landing pages
• Optimize bids based on ROAS targets
• Monitor feed quality score (aim for 95%+ approval rate)
• Manage daily/4-hour feed updates
• Scale campaigns based on profitable keywords
• Target high-intent keywords: “2015 Range Rover engine for sale,” “Jaguar XF 5.0 supercharged engine,” etc.
eBay Store Strategy:
Week 1:
• Audit current eBay store (if exists) or set up new store
• Optimize listings with high-intent keywords
• Ensure accurate inventory and pricing
• Set competitive pricing strategy
Ongoing:
• Keep eBay inventory synced with actual stock
• Monitor eBay item specifics and optimize for searchability
• Respond to buyer inquiries promptly
• Monitor eBay trending categories for opportunities
• Manage eBay promotions and sales

Week 1:
• Site speed improved from 3-5 seconds to under 1 second
• Google Merchant Center set up with clean product feed
• Google Ads campaigns live and running
• eBay store optimized

• 100+ SEO-optimized pages published with proper image optimization

Working Hours:
• 40 hours per week
• Flexible schedule, but need some overlap with US Eastern Time (for communication)
• Preferred: 8am-5pm Philippine Time or 9am-6pm Philippine Time
• Must be available for brief daily check-in calls
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: $
• $500/month - Strong WordPress/SEO experience, some Google Ads experience, learning eBay
• $600/month - Expert Google Ads + Merchant Center, moderate eBay experience
• $700/month - Full-stack e-commerce expert with proven track record across all channels

Interview Process:

4. Paid trial week ($150) - work 20 hours on Google Ads setup, feed optimization, eBay audit, and content
5. If successful ? Full-time hire
