About the Role
High-visibility finance role with direct access to senior leadership. You'll drive financial strategy, build scalable systems, and leverage AI to make our organization smarter and faster. If you lead with data and build with technology, this role is for you.

Core Responsibilities

- Own financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
- Build models and KPIs that drive decisions — not just track history
- Support expansion: new cafes, franchise deals, property acquisitions, and construction ROI
- Partner with Operations on incentive programs and cost optimization
- Lead and develop a high-performance finance team
- Ensure compliance, manage risk, and protect confidentiality across all entities

What Sets You Apart

- AI-native mindset — you actively use tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini to automate analysis, accelerate reporting, and surface insights faster
- Tech fluency — advanced Excel/Google Sheets, modern financial platforms, and a bias toward building better systems
- 5+ years in FP&A, ideally in restaurant/hospitality
- Food & beverage industry experience is a strong plus
- Multi-entity experience — comfortable managing financials across multiple legal structures
- Deadline-driven — month-end close is non-negotiable
- Executive communicator — translates complex financials into clear decisions
- Cross-functional collaborator — earns trust at every level of the org

Education
Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting — MBA or CPA preferred
