Position Title: Journey Level Property Manager

Experience:
Superb English speaking
AND
2+ years of property management, or 1 year working for Airbnb call center

Responsibilities:
Guest management
Handyman oversight
Cleaner scheduling/monitoring
All tasks related to short term rental of properties
Long term property management

Traits:
You must have no fears of speaking to customers and bosses, we are a small company so you will have close relationship with owners. You must be comfortable being uncomfortable if you have no experience in property management, as there will be a lot of new things. Training is self-guided and no one will babysit you, you will get out of the job whatever you put in. We need RESOURCEFUL people who take INITIATIVE, please do not apply to this job if you are just looking for an easy job, move on. We have the incentive pay because we like to have people on our team who are highly productive. Being fast on a computer is a must, prior PC gaming experience is a plus.

Pay: Base Rate + Bonus
Base rate $3-4/hr depending on qualifications (PLUS BONUS!)
Quota=$4/hr+ bonus
Potential income earnings = $4-8/hr, our top earners make 80,000-90,000 PHP + /month, based on our monthly bonus payouts

Schedule:
5 days a week, T/W offs. After 6 months of experience with us 1 weekend day off.
