Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly Pay: $5-6 USD/hour (depending on experience)
Monthly Bonus: Commission for every successful order and other bonus.
Work Hours: 3.5 hours per day, Monday to Friday US work time

Job Responsibilities:
Cold Calling (Approx. 2 hours/day):
Call potential B2B customers using our lead list
(Cold calling hours: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time, weekdays only. This is equivalent to 11:00 PM – 1:00 AM Philippine Time. You must be available and alert during this night shift window. Non-calling tasks such as follow-up, reporting, or lead documentation are expected to be done during 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM Philippine Time.)
Follow provided sales scripts (training included)
Search for new leads online as needed
Accurately log call results and notes
Sales Follow-Up & Customer Service:
Send quotations to interested leads
Follow up by phone and
Handle simple complaints regarding production or quality if need
Make annual follow-up calls to loyal customers
Prepare and coordinate holiday gifts/cards (Thanksgiving & Christmas)
Support & Admin Tasks:
Forward internal documents/messages in our company chat group through wechat
Review Chinese sales team’s system entries monthly for accuracy
Maintain and update our
Assist with document collection and simple coordination for U.S. tax filing (training provided)
Who We're Looking For (FEMALE ONLY):
Excellent spoken and written English
Friendly, responsible, and detail-oriented
Comfortable making outbound calls
Sales or customer support experience preferred
Fast learner who can follow step-by-step processes
Familiar with Gmail, Google Sheets, and basic CRM tools
