JOB OVERVIEW

??️ OUR CONTENT - FEMALE APPLICANTS ONLY

You will be editing long-form content across two growing YouTube channels, so we are looking for an editor who can adapt their editing style to different audiences and content formats.

CHANNEL 1 — WOMEN'S FASHION & LIFESTYLE

Our primary content focuses on women's fashion, lifestyle, Amazon fashion, affordable style, and fashion for women 40+.

Content includes:

Amazon fashion
Fashion hauls
Try-on videos
Outfit ideas
Fall & seasonal fashion
Lookbooks
“Best Amazon Finds” videos
Fashion over 40
Affordable/high-end looks for less
Shopping/product videos
Lifestyle content

The editing style should feel polished, modern, energetic, feminine, and visually engaging, while still being easy to follow.

CHANNEL 2 — FITNESS

We also have a dedicated fitness YouTube channel

The channel focuses on high-energy, effective workouts that viewers can follow along with at home or in the gym.

Content includes:

HIIT workouts
Full-body workouts
Metcon workouts
Calisthenics
Strength workouts
Fat-burning workouts
Cardio workouts
30–45+ minute follow-along workouts
Fitness challenges
Workout variations and training content

For fitness videos, the editor needs to understand that clarity and pacing are critical.

You will be responsible for:

Keeping the workout easy to follow
Maintaining consistent timing
Adding exercise names and on-screen instructions
Showing timers/countdowns when needed
Creating clean transitions between exercises
Syncing music appropriately
Making sure the viewer can clearly see the exercise
Maintaining energy throughout the workout
Creating a professional, motivating fitness experience
Removing unnecessary footage while preserving the workout flow

? IMPORTANT

The two channels have very different editing needs.

Fashion:
Storytelling • personality • pacing • B-roll • product visuals • text overlays • visual variety

Fitness:
Energy • clarity • timing • exercise visibility • music • transitions • follow-along experience

We are looking for an editor who can adapt their editing style rather than using the exact same editing formula for every video.
