JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a confident, professional, and highly organized Care Liaison to join our growing team. This is a full-time, work-from-home position supporting a U.S.-based care services company.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with clients, families, Care Providers, and healthcare professionals
Coordinate client care needs, schedules, updates, and follow-ups
Maintain regular communication with clients and assigned Care Providers
Assist with new client inquiries and service coordination
Address concerns promptly and professionally
Maintain accurate documentation and update client records
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure continuity of service
Build and maintain positive professional relationships with clients and healthcare professionals
Qualifications
Previous BPO, customer service, healthcare coordination, or similar experience
Excellent spoken and written English with strong comprehension skills
Confident and comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple cases and follow-ups
Able to communicate professionally with U.S.-based clients and healthcare professionals
Proactive, dependable, and responsive
Comfortable learning and using multiple online systems
Able to work independently while coordinating closely with a remote team
Must be available to work a full-time U.S. schedule
Must not be currently employed elsewhere and must be able to commit fully to the position
Technical Requirements
Reliable high-speed internet connection
Laptop or desktop computer suitable for full-time remote work
Noise-cancelling headset
Quiet and professional work environment
Backup internet and/or power source preferred
Must be comfortable being on camera during working hours through Google Meet for attendance and team coordination
What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is confident on the phone, personable, resourceful, and genuinely comfortable communicating with people. You should be able to take initiative, follow through on responsibilities, and handle different situations professionally without needing constant supervision.

This is not simply an administrative position. Communication, relationship-building, responsiveness, and follow-through are important parts of the role.
