JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Meta + Google Media Buyer to manage and optimize a large-scale paid advertising account across Meta and Google.

This is a part-time role for someone who is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing $2M+ per month in advertising spend. We are looking for more than someone who simply maintains campaigns. You should actively look for opportunities to improve performance, bring new testing ideas to the table, and help us scale profitably.

Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize $2M+ in monthly advertising spend across Meta and Google.
- Launch, manage, and scale campaigns across:
Meta Ads
Google Search
Google Shopping
Performance Max
YouTube and other relevant Google placements

- Monitor campaign performance daily and make adjustments based on profitability and business objectives.
- Upload and launch new creatives, ads, copy, and campaigns accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain proper campaign structure, naming conventions, tracking, budgets, and attribution.
- Analyze performance across campaigns, audiences, creatives, products, and landing pages.
- Identify opportunities to scale winning campaigns while controlling acquisition costs.
- Proactively bring new campaign strategies, tests, and ideas to the team rather than simply executing instructions.
- Develop and run structured tests involving:
Campaign structures
Audiences
Bidding strategies
Creative
Offers
Landing pages
Account optimization strategies

-Work closely with the creative team to communicate which creatives, angles, hooks, and concepts are performing.
-Identify creative fatigue and recommend when new concepts or iterations are needed.
-Troubleshoot performance drops, tracking issues, disapproved ads, account problems, and other campaign issues.
-Produce clear performance reporting and explain what happened, why it happened, and what we should do next.
-Maintain an extremely high level of accuracy when making changes to high-spend accounts.

What We're Looking For

- Significant hands-on experience managing Meta and Google Ads.
- Proven experience managing large advertising budgets. Experience with $2M+/month in ad spend is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of direct-response and performance marketing.
- Comfortable making decisions in accounts spending tens of thousands of dollars per day.
- Deep understanding of metrics including:
ROAS
MER
CPA/CAC
CPM
CTR
CPC
CVR
AOV
Contribution margin

- Highly analytical and able to turn campaign data into actionable decisions.
- Excellent attention to detail. Small mistakes become expensive at our level of spend.
- Strong understanding of campaign scaling, budget allocation, attribution, and bidding strategies.
- Comfortable analyzing performance beyond Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Able to work independently without needing constant direction.
- Proactive and constantly looking for new opportunities to improve performance.
- Organized and able to manage a high volume of campaigns, creatives, and tests simultaneously.

You Would Be a Great Fit If

You don't just ask:

"What campaigns do you want me to launch?"

You naturally think:

"Here's what I'm seeing in the data, here's the opportunity, and here are the three things I think we should test next."

We want someone who combines strong execution with strategic thinking.

You should be comfortable digging through data, spotting patterns, forming hypotheses, launching tests, and using the results to determine what we do next.

To Apply

Please include:

- Your experience managing Meta and Google Ads.
- The largest monthly advertising budget you have personally managed.
- Examples of accounts or brands you have helped scale.
- Your experience with direct-response/e-commerce advertising.
