JOB OVERVIEW

Please read this entire ad.

Strategic Mortgage, LLC is a U.S.-based mortgage brokerage looking for an experienced specialist to set up, connect, and manage our paid social media advertising and GoHighLevel marketing systems.

Our initial focus is Facebook and Instagram advertising, with plans to expand into IG, TikTok and YouTube.

We need someone who can take ownership of the technical setup, launch campaigns, troubleshoot problems, and improve performance.

Experience you must already have:

Hands-on experience building and managing campaigns in Meta Ads Manager—not just boosting posts.

Meta Business Portfolio setup, account permissions, and Facebook/Instagram connections.

Meta Pixel, datasets, Events Manager, Conversions API, conversion tracking, and event deduplication.

Audience strategy, retargeting where permitted, creative testing, budget management, and campaign optimization.

Strong GoHighLevel experience, including funnels, forms, calendars, workflows, tags, pipelines, and lead routing.

Connecting Meta lead forms and website leads to GHL.

UTM tracking and attribution so we can connect leads and appointments to their advertising source.

Testing the complete process to verify that leads are captured, follow-up works, and conversions are reported accurately.

Experience with U.S. mortgage, real estate, or other special-ad-category campaigns is strongly preferred. You should understand the targeting and data-sharing restrictions that apply to these campaigns.

TikTok Ads, Google Ads/YouTube, Google Tag Manager, and GA4 experience are additional advantages.

What you’ll do:

Review our existing advertising accounts and GHL setup.

Identify missing connections, tracking problems, and opportunities for improvement.

Set up and verify the necessary integrations and tracking.

Build, launch, and manage Facebook and Instagram campaigns.

Connect campaigns to the appropriate GHL funnels and follow-up workflows.

Monitor performance and recommend improvements to ads, landing pages, and follow-up.

Provide a clear weekly report covering spending, leads, appointments, lead quality, and next steps.

Document your work so our team understands what is connected and how it operates.

We care about qualified conversations and appointments—not just clicks or inexpensive leads.

About onboarding

This is an experienced position, not an entry-level training role.

We will help you learn our business, offers, and existing GHL setup. We also have instructional videos explaining our systems and processes.

You are not expected to know our particular setup before starting. You are expected to already understand Meta advertising and GHL well enough to review those materials, ask focused questions, and work independently.

Please explain proposed changes before modifying existing workflows or integrations.

Working arrangement

We anticipate an initial paid audit and setup project, followed by ongoing campaign management if we are a good fit.

Please include your availability, preferred working arrangement, and rates for both initial setup and ongoing management. Some overlap with U.S. Mountain Time will be needed for communication.

How to apply

Please include:

A brief description of your Meta Ads and GHL experience, including which tasks you personally handled.

One or two relevant project examples, including results and how you measured lead quality.

Any experience with mortgage or housing advertising, TikTok Ads, or YouTube advertising.

Your hourly or project rate, weekly availability, and earliest start date.

Shortlisted applicants may be invited to complete a small paid practical assessment.

We’re looking for someone who communicates clearly, follows through, and can explain what they changed, why they changed it, and how they verified it works.
