JOB OVERVIEW

We run Health & Beauty ecommerce dropshipping across European markets, launching Facebook campaigns on a tight daily schedule. Facebook is strict and profiles go down fast - we need someone who knows this world, moves fast, and keeps our infrastructure healthy 24/7.

Requirements (non-negotiable):
- Hands-on experience launching Facebook campaigns
- Hands-on experience with full FB business structure in AdsPower or Incogniton etc (BMs, ad accounts, pixels, pages, profiles)
- Experience buying, warming, and connecting BMs / profiles
- Proxy setup and rotation experience
- Experience recovering from BM / ad account bans
- Available & online from 11am – 1am PH daily - this is a coverage window, not a fixed shift

1. Campaign launching experience:
Volume you've launched (per day, per week, or per month)
What kinds of stores/niche/brands (e.g. ecom dropshipping, fashion, agency clients, DTC brands, lead gen)

2. Anti-detect browser: do you have experience with AdsPower specifically? Which anti detect browsers do you have experience with, and what have you done in it (connecting profiles, warming, connecting to BMs)?

3. FB business structure: what hands-on experience do you have with BMs, ad accounts, pixels, pages, and profiles? Give specific examples.

4. Proxies + ban recovery: what proxy setup experience do you have, and have you recovered from BM or ad account bans before?

5. Anything else: list any other experience that makes you qualified for this role.

Workload:
- 1–4 campaign launches per day (15 min per campaign). In around 3 months, 4–12 launches per day.
- Profile / BM / page replacements as they go down throughout the day (1-5 profiles a week, 1-2 BM’s a week, multiple pages)
- Ad account and pixel troubleshooting
- Coordinating asset purchases with our supplier
- Total active hours per day: ~1-4 hours to start, scaling to ~4-6 hours as launch volume grows
- Steady, structured, high-leverage work - but you need to be responsive throughout the day and ready to launch on schedule.

Scope of work:
You own the Facebook infrastructure end to end. Launching campaigns in Ads Manager, connecting product pages to WeTracked, replacing disabled profiles in AdsPower, connecting BMs / Pixels / Pages, warming up ad accounts with PPE campaigns, killing unprofitable ads per SOP, and swapping proxies when profiles go down. We provide clear SOPs and a Loom walkthrough. Your job is to follow them exactly and move fast.

Responsibilities:
-Launch 1–4 Facebook campaigns per day (start scheduling them around ~9pm PH, set them to go live at 12am Netherlands time)
-Connect product pages to WeTracked, 1 min
-Manage Facebook setup in ---------- (profiles, BMs, Pixels, Pages)
-Replace disabled profiles with new ones - swap proxy, reconnect to BM
-Warm up ad accounts with PPE campaigns
-Troubleshoot bans, connections, verifications, checkpoints
-Kill unprofitable ads per SOP (below 1.5 ROAS with €40+ spend in last 7 days)
-Replace rejected ads to keep account health safe
-Coordinate with asset provider to purchase new accounts

Availability:
-Must be reachable 11am – 1am PH daily
-Launches scheduled around 9pm PH
-Online and ready to replace profiles / BMs / fix issues FAST throughout the day as they come up

Pay & KPI structure:
$5 / hour base
KPI: 15 minutes per campaign launch
Hit 110% productivity score ? 10% bonus on total payout
Hit 120% productivity score ? 20% bonus on total payout

Progression:
Week 1: 1-2 campaign per day (paid trial). From week 2, ramping up to 2, 3, then 4 campaigns per day as you get comfortable with the system.
