JOB OVERVIEW

I’m looking for someone who really understands the Facebook platform, account recovery, and policy compliance to help me resolve a serious issue with my account.

Recently, one of my employees posted inappropriate content to my Facebook profile before leaving the company. Because of that post — along with a few other platform flags — my account is now throttled and under threat of deletion.

This account is extremely important to my business and brand, so I need someone who knows how to navigate Facebook’s systems, support channels, and policy processes to help get things back to normal.

What I Need Help With

Reviewing the account and identifying exactly why it was flagged

Removing or correcting any posts or content that violate Facebook policies

Assisting with appeals and communication with Meta support

Restoring the account so it can return to normal posting and recommendation reach

Advising on best practices so this doesn’t happen again

Ideal Candidate

Experience with Facebook/Meta account recovery

Familiar with Meta Business Manager and policy enforcement

Has successfully helped restore restricted or flagged accounts

Understands how to resolve shadow bans, throttling, and recommendation limits
