THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a results-oriented Facebook Ads Specialist with a proven track record of managing and scaling mid-to-large scale budgets. This role is designed for a performance marketer who thrives on data, understands the nuances of algorithm-driven bidding, and knows how to maintain efficiency while increasing spend.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Full-cycle management of Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.

Strategic scaling of accounts, ensuring ROAS and CPA targets remain stable during budget increases.

Continuous A/B testing of creative assets, landing pages, and audience segments.

Monitoring and troubleshooting technical setups, including Pixel events and Conversions API (CAPI).

Providing weekly performance reports with data-backed recommendations for future growth.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in Facebook Ads.

Demonstrated experience managing monthly budgets of $10,000 to $50,000+ (or your specific threshold).

Proficiency in navigating Facebook Business Suite, Creative Center, and advanced reporting tools.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet strict deadlines.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear strategies.
