We don't just place you and disappear. You get a 5-day paid bootcamp, 90 days of guaranteed base salary, daily office hours, and an operations team actively supporting your success from day one.
The Role
This is an executive assistant position with a strong sales component. You won't just be answering
You'll handle inbound and outbound sales calls, customer follow-ups, service scheduling, contractor coordination, review collection, and referral generation. If you've thrived in a sales environment and know how to build relationships over the phone, you'll excel here.
What Your Week Looks Like
Taking inbound calls from potential customers and converting them into booked jobs
Following up with leads, past customers, and prospects
Coordinating with service providers and keeping operations running smoothly
Collecting 5-star reviews and generating referrals
Converting one-time customers into recurring clients
Reporting daily to your business owner and our team
Compensation
Base Pay: $1,000/month guaranteed for your first 90 days
Performance Bonuses — permanent increases to your base:
Hit $5,000/month in revenue for your business ? +$250/month permanently
Hit $10,000/month in revenue ? +$150/month permanently (now at $1,400 base)
Monthly Bonus Incentives — stack $200 to $600+ extra per month through:
New deals closed
One-time customers converted to recurring
Referrals brought in
5-star reviews collected
Top performers consistently earn $1,400–$1,600+/month combining base and incentives.
Training & Support
5-day bootcamp — 15 to 20 hours total, fully remote
Covers: business model, sales fundamentals, objection handling, hiring basics, operations, software tools, and the Three R's (Reviews, Referrals, Recurring)
Daily office hours after placement to keep improving
90-day transitional support period — you are never thrown in alone

Requirements
Fluent English — spoken and written, confident on the phone with American customers
Sales background — you've handled calls, built rapport, closed deals, handled objections
Strong time management — you manage your own schedule and hit deadlines without being chased
Reliable internet connection — non-negotiable for a fully remote role
Self-starter mentality — you don't wait to be told what to do
