We are looking for a reliable, self-motivated Virtual Assistant to provide ongoing support to our business operations and team. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently across different areas of the business — from administrative duties and client communication to digital content and team support. Part-time to Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
Track and manage pending business tasks and follow-ups
Create, organize, and maintain spreadsheets and business data
Handle client communications, including responding to
Oversee and coordinate client mailing (digital and/or physical)
Assist with website development and content updates
Develop and schedule social media content across platforms
Book and manage sales and recruiting appointments and calls
Provide administrative support to agents and tea
Collaborate with leadership to improve systems, workflows, and client experiences
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative support role
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Zoom, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, and Google Slides
Experience with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram,
Familiarity with website CMS (such as Go High Level, WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace) is a plus
Tech-savvy, adaptable, and eager to learn new systems and tools
Hours: 20-30 hours per week to start, with potential to grow based on performance and business needs.
