Expert n8N- AI Automation & GHL Implementation Specialist

(AI SDRs • AI Receptionists • n8n • GHL)

Location: Remote
Type: Part-Time ? Full-Time
Compensation: Based on experience & execution ability

This role works best for someone who has already installed real systems, worked inside live environments, and knows how to execute as part of a team.

About the Role

We’re looking for a team-oriented AI implementation specialist to join our existing technical team. This role is about installing, configuring, and getting systems live — not theorizing.

You’ll work closely with our team, communicate clearly, jump on Zoom when needed, and help deploy AI systems that actually work in the real world.

This role is not entry-level. Prior hands-on experience is required.

What You’ll Be Installing
Primary Systems (Top Priority):

AI SDRs (inbound & outbound)

AI Receptionists (24/7 lead capture & routing)

These are core systems we deploy regularly. Some are pre-built, some require customization — you’ll handle both.

Supporting Automations (Grouped & Simple):

Google Review automations

Birthday / anniversary automations

Basic SMS / email workflows

Tagging, routing, and follow-ups

Think clean automation installs, not complex engineering.

Tools You Must Know

AI systems (SDRs, receptionists, inbound AI tools, prompt-driven installs)

n8n — building and modifying workflows

GoHighLevel (GHL) — real installs, real clients

ChatGPT / LLM systems

Basic automation logic & conditionals
