As we continue to grow, we are expanding our creative team and looking for a skilled Video Editor & AI Media Specialist who understands both storytelling and emerging AI tools.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Video Editor who can confidently produce professional long form and short form videos while leveraging AI for voiceovers, visual assets, and efficiency. This role requires someone who is both creative and technical, with a strong eye for detail and pacing.

You will work closely with our strategy and content teams to transform raw footage and concepts into polished, platform ready content across vertical and horizontal formats.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit high quality horizontal and vertical videos for social media, websites, and presentations
- Create short form content optimized for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
- Produce clean, professional long form videos for YouTube and internal client use
- Generate realistic AI voiceovers that sound natural and human
- Create and integrate AI generated assets such as visuals, B roll, backgrounds, and animations when needed
- Apply color correction, sound design, subtitles, and motion graphics to elevate content quality
- Maintain consistent brand style and visual standards across all projects
- Collaborate with tea ---------- mbers to meet deadlines and project goals
- Organize files and workflows efficiently for repeatable production

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio
- Ability to edit both vertical and horizontal video formats professionally
- Experience generating realistic AI voiceovers using modern AI tools
- Familiarity with AI based creative tools for assets, visuals, or video enhancement
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent
- Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and platform specific optimization
- Attention to detail and ability to follow creative direction
- Strong communication and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with consulting firms, agencies, or personal brands
- Knowledge of social media performance best practices
- Motion graphics or light animation skills
- Ability to suggest creative improvements and new content ideas
