Job Title: Social Media & Networking Coordinator
Location: Remote / Hybrid (as applicable)
Employment Type: Part-Time / Contract (with opportunity to expand)

Position Overview
We are seeking a creative, organized, and proactive Social Media & Networking Coordinator to manage and grow our online presence across LinkedIn and Instagram. This individual will be responsible for creating, curating, and posting engaging content that highlights our company culture, employees, ownership, and mission—while also educating audiences on the importance of drinking safe, pure, drinking water.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable researching and presenting factual information, and collaborative, working closely with a direct supervisor to ensure all content aligns with brand standards prior to posting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and update the company’s LinkedIn page and Instagram account
Create, build, and post content on Instagram, starting with two posts per week, with openness to discussion and optimization of posting frequency
Develop engaging content that includes:
Company culture and fun internal tidbits
Employee highlights and spotlights
Owner-focused content and leadership insights
Educational posts about drinking water safety and purity
Draft LinkedIn posts focused on:
The importance of safe, pure drinking water
Drinking water safety education
Product benefits, including microplastic reduction (up to 98%)
Research relevant and credible online sources to support educational and informational posts
Submit content for review and approval by the direct supervisor prior to publishing
Maintain consistency with brand voice, messaging, and visual standards
Engage in activities to build company following and audience engagement, including:
Monitoring comments and interactions
Identifying content trends and engagement opportunities
Track performance and provide basic insights or recommendations to improve reach and engagement
Qualifications & Skills
Experience managing or supporting LinkedIn and Instagram accounts for a business or brand
Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone for professional and engaging audiences
Comfortable researching and summarizing factual information in a clear, approachable way
Creative mindset with attention to detail and consistency
Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a supervisor
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
Familiarity with social media scheduling tools is a plus
