We are a growing UK-based web design agency focused on the highly profitable Fitness, Health, and Medical niches. We have invested in a complete, data-driven, 12-month SEO strategy built on a complex Silo Architecture. We need a meticulous executor, a reliable "doer", to own the publishing and technical optimisation of this plan.
Your role is to translate our detailed briefs and keyword maps into perfectly optimized, live pages ready to rank on Google.
- Mandatory Required Skills (Non-Negotiable)
Candidates must possess demonstrable, hands-on expertise with the following tools:
WordPress & Page Builder: Expert proficiency in WordPress and knowledge of the Thrive Architect page builder is advantageous.
SEO Plugin: Advanced functional knowledge of RankMath Pro (for schema, indexing, and on-page analysis).
Content Tool: Proficiency in using Surfer SEO (Content Editor and Audit function) for keyword optimization and content scoring.
English: Flawless written UK English, essential for editing and refining AI content to achieve high E-E-A-T (Expertise, Authority, Trust) standards.
- Key Responsibilities (What You Will Be Doing)
Content Implementation: Adhere strictly to the 12-Month Content Roadmap, publishing all 35+ core service pages and 40+ blog posts on schedule.
AI Content Refinement: Utilize AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT/Claude) to generate drafts, then perform expert editing and refinement to humanise the content and align it with the AWA brand voice.
On-Page Optimisation: Use RankMath Pro and Surfer SEO to achieve a high content score, configure Meta Titles, Meta Descriptions, and URL slugs for every page.
Schema & Linking: Implement specific Service, Local Business, and Article Schema using the RankMath Pro tools.
Silo Structure & Internal Linking: Implement the complex Internal Linking Map exactly as specified to build topical authority across the silos (Fitness, Health, Local, etc.).
Platform Maintenance: Ensure all published content is fast, responsive, and adheres to our agency's image optimization and page speed standards.
- Reporting & Work Style
Fixed Monthly Fee: We offer a stable, fixed monthly fee for this long-term project.
Weekly Check-in: We require a short, formalised check-in each week to review progress against the roadmap.
