Role Summary:
We are hiring a Lead Generation & Outbound Growth Specialist to own outbound lead generation end-to-end. from prospecting to booked calls.
This is a hands-on role for someone who has done this before and can bring structure, speed, and measurable results. You should understand how to land premium clients for creative services, partnerships, brand strategy, or entertainment-adjacent work.
FYI: This role is NOT for someone learning outbound for the first time.
What Success Looks Like (Outcomes):
Within the first 30–60 days, you will...
> build a high-quality prospect database (150–300 leads)
> launch outbound sequences across
> consistently book 4–10 qualified discovery calls per month
> establish a repeatable system for lead sourcing, messaging, and follow-ups
> report weekly on performance metrics and pipeline movement
Within 90 days, you will...
> improve conversion rates through iteration and segmentation
> create a reliable lead pipeline that supports consistent revenue growth
> help drive a predictable flow of opportunities (not random one-off leads)
Responsibilities
(1) Lead Sourcing & Prospecting (High-Quality Only)
- Build lead lists across priority segments, ie entertainment and music-adjacent brands, retailers with fandom/customer loyalty ecosystems, consumer brands seeking cultural credibility, partnership and brand teams at mid-market to enterprise companies
- Identify the right decision-makers (CMO / VP Marketing, Head of Partnerships, Brand Director, Head of Experiential, Head of Artist Partnerships (where relevant)
- Use “trigger-based” prospecting: new senior marketing hires, partnership announcements, tour launches / album cycles, job postings for partnerships, community, brand activations
(2) Outbound Messaging & Sequencing
- Write outreach that feels: premium and direct, culturally fluent, non-cringe, specific to the prospect
- Run multi-touch outbound sequences
- Manage follow-ups and responses
- Qualify inbound interest and book calls onto the founder’s calendar
(3) Pipeline Management & Reporting
- Maintain a clean CRM or tracker (HubSpot, Airtable, Notion, etc.)
- Track: outreach volume, reply rate, positive response rate, meetings booked, meetings held, conversion to proposals
- Provide weekly reporting and recommendations
(4) Optimization & Iteration
- Test different messaging angles, subject lines, segmentation, and triggers
- Improve performance over time, not just volume
Required Experience (Non-Negotiable)
> 3+ years experience in outbound lead generation, growth, or business development
> Proven track record booking meetings for premium services, such as: creative studios, brand strategy firms, partnerships agencies, entertainment marketing, experiential agencies
> Ability to show past performance metrics (examples below)
> Strong copywriting skills for short outbound messages
> High attention to detail and strong operational follow-through
> Comfort working in a fast-moving, founder-led environment remotely (async)
Proof of Success (What We Will Ask For)
> To be considered, you must be able to share at least one of the following: outbound campaigns you ran (anonymized is fine), reply rate / positive response rate , meetings booked per week/month, conversion rates by segment
> Example of previous segments used and conversion rates
> Examples of sequences you wrote that performed well
Bonus to find someone who has demonstrated:
>> “I can consistently book qualified calls for premium offers.” = Strongly Preferred
>> Experience working with: entertainment, music, creator economy, or culture-led brands, brand partnerships or retail partnerships, high-end consulting / strategy services
>> Familiarity with tools such as: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo / Clay / Instantly / Smartlead - or similar, HubSpot / Airtable / Notion - or similar, Google Sheets and tracking dashboards
>> Excellent taste and cultural fluency (you understand the difference between “cool” and “cringe”)
Time & Compensation
> Contract role (with potential to expand for the right fit)
> 10–15 hours/week to start
> Hourly or monthly retainer (based on experience)
> Performance incentives available based on: qualified meetings booked, deals closed
