JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Automation Copywriter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating compelling copy for email marketing campaigns, with specific expertise in Salesforce Account Engagement (formerly Pardot) and its Engagement Studio.

You will be responsible for developing and executing our email marketing strategy, crafting engaging content that nurtures leads, drives conversions, and builds lasting customer relationships. This is a key role in our marketing team, and you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business growth.

Responsibilities:

•Develop and write compelling copy for all our marketing automation campaigns, including email newsletters, nurture sequences, and promotional materials.

•Design, build, and manage complex customer journeys within Salesforce Account Engagement Studio, using branching logic, personalization, and dynamic content to create highly targeted and effective campaigns.

•Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement a comprehensive email marketing strategy that aligns with our overall business goals.

•Segment our audience and tailor messaging to different customer personas and stages of the buyer's journey.

•A/B test email campaigns to optimize for open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

•Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.

•Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in email marketing, marketing automation, and copywriting.

Skills and Qualifications:
•Proven experience as a copywriter, with a strong portfolio of successful email marketing campaigns.

•In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot), including building and managing Engagement Studio programs.

•Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail.

•Strong understanding of marketing automation principles and best practices.

•Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

•Experience with A/B testing and data analysis to drive marketing decisions.

•Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is a plus.
