JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Klaviyo Email Marketer to join our digital marketing agency and manage multiple client accounts. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of increasing revenue through strategic email marketing efforts, including audience segmentation, campaign creation, automation, and performance analysis. You will play a crucial role in developing high-converting email flows and promotional campaigns that drive customer engagement and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop, execute, and optimize email marketing strategies to increase revenue and customer retention.
-Create and manage automated Klaviyo email flows, including welcome sequences, abandoned cart recovery, post-purchase, win-back, and more.
-Segment and target audiences effectively to personalize email campaigns and improve engagement.
-Design compelling email templates that align with brand identity and optimize for high open and conversion rates.
-Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and send times to continuously improve performance.
-Monitor and analyze key email metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, revenue attribution, etc.) and provide actionable insights.
-Ensure email deliverability and compliance with email marketing best practices (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
-Collaborate with the design and content teams to create engaging visuals and messaging.
-Stay up to date on the latest Klaviyo features and email marketing trends to implement innovative strategies.

Requirements:

-Proven experience in Klaviyo email marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns and revenue growth.
-Deep understanding of email automation, segmentation, and audience targeting strategies.
-Strong analytical skills with experience using Klaviyo analytics and A/B testing to optimize performance.
-Ability to write compelling email copy that converts.
-Experience designing email templates and working with drag-and-drop editors or HTML/CSS (preferred but not required).
-Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.
-Fluent in English (both verbal and written).

Preferred:

Experience working with cannabis e-commerce brands and understanding customer purchase behaviors.
Knowledge of SMS marketing and integrating it with email campaigns.
Familiarity with other marketing platforms (Shopify, Google Analytics, etc.).
