JOB OVERVIEW

Hello there! We are a growing Email Marketing Agency with multiple e-commerce stores looking for an enthusiastic and professional Email copywriter.

PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE COPYWRITING EXPERIENCE BASED ON THE EXAMPLE DOC BELOW.

This role is a part-time role where you will be working with our current team of 30.

These copies you make will be for individual emails for each email we send out to our clients.

Our email copies are typically 5-10 lines long.

Here is an example of what we are looking for, being able to look at our brands and make good convincing copy linked to it:

Requirements:

- Minimum 2-year email copywriting experience
- Must be proficient in English
- Know how to use Slack for communications
- Experience using Claude and ChatGPT for copywriting assistance
- Ability to leverage AI tools to enhance creativity and efficiency

Your tasks as a copywriter will Include:

1. Make Email copy ideas based on the client's store
2. Write up the 5-10 line copy based on your expertise for that particular client's store
3. Utilize AI tools (Claude & ChatGPT) to optimize copy performance

We ask that you answer the questions below to help us get to know you.
Questions:

1. Have you written copy for e-commerce email marketing?
2. Do you have any examples of your work we can see? If so, please link it below (Product Preferred).
3. How long would it take you to think of an email copy idea based on a store and make it?
4. Can you work flexible hours during the morning?
5. Can you commit to at least 3 months if selected?
6. Do you have any questions about the job/job description?
7. Have you worked for an Email Marketing agency or e-commerce team before?
8. What experience do you have with Claude and ChatGPT for copywriting?

We are looking to grow very quickly in the next few months and this position will allow for opportunities to be moved to incentive-based pay and a salary increase.

We ask that if you do provide examples, that it be examples relevant to what the job describes.

Compensation & Hours:
Biweekly Pay: $125 CAD + BONUS

Hours: 4 Hours Per day, some days you won't need to work :) - ideally before 12pm PH time in the morning

Currently, you must be able to work at least 14hrs/week (including weekends)
