We are looking for an experienced e-commerce video editor who knows how to turn raw influencer content into high-converting video ads for Meta,
This is not a job for a general video editor.
We need someone who understands direct response marketing, customer psychology, hooks, retention, scroll-stopping edits, and how to create ads that do more than just look nice.
We want ads that:
grab attention fast
keep people watching
make people click
help turn viewers into customers
Most of our content comes from influencers / UGC creators, and your job will be to take that raw footage and turn it into engaging e-commerce ads that are built to sell.
You must have at least 3 to 5 years of experience editing video ads for e-commerce products.
If you do not have real experience creating high-performing e-commerce ads, please do not apply.
We are only looking for someone who already knows what they are doing.
What we need from you:
3 to 5+ years of experience editing e-commerce video ads
Strong experience editing UGC / influencer content and other formats
Understanding of Meta ads, especially for
Ability to create strong hooks, fast-paced edits, captions, text overlays, callouts, music, and ad structures that improve engagement and conversions
Proof of previous work
Examples of ads you have edited for e-commerce brands
Understanding of what makes an ad convert, not just look good
