Done — merged the long-form and ads listings into one, and pulled the creators that read as short-form-only rather than genuine long-form/YouTube people.

For the merged one I removed: aantoinelee, danielbitton, jordanschwarzenberger, learnwithkayo, jtbarnett, thebrandonshepherd, mikaelswealthh and martinwang.mp4. Kept the ones that make longer YouTube/ad content. Shout if I've cut one that should stay (or kept one that shouldn't).

Short-Form Video Editor (Personal Brand + Cooltowel)

Full-time, flexible hours, looking to start within the next 5 days.

I put out a lot of short-form content and I need an experienced editor to take it over. This is Reels, TikToks and Shorts, both for my personal brand (Harrison Nott) and for my brand Cooltowel. It's high volume, so you need to be quick, but I care just as much about quality. I want edits that look clean, polished and intentional. Professional but not overdone. If you love stacking effects and going crazy with CapCut transitions, this isn't for you. I want stuff that looks premium and effortless.

Long-Form + Ads Video Editor (YouTube Vlogs, Content & Paid Social)

I'm building out my long-form YouTube content and my ad creative, and I need an editor who's strong at both (or genuinely excellent at one). On the YouTube side it's mainly vlogs and longer videos, which is all about story, structure and keeping someone watching for 10, 15, 20 minutes. Taking raw footage, shaping it into something that flows, cutting the dead parts and keeping the energy up the whole way through. On the ads side it's short-form video ads for my brand Cooltowel (plus some promo content for my personal brand) that grab attention and convert. A strong hook in the first second or two, tight pacing, a clear message and a good CTA, while still looking clean and premium rather than cheap or spammy.

Across both, my style is clean and polished but not overdone. Let the content breathe, good pacing, good sound, nice b-roll and on-screen text where it actually helps.
