We are seeking the best of the best: a highly skilled and detail-oriented bookkeeper who can provide top-tier service to our clients.

Role Overview:
As our Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, performing month-end closes, reconciling accounts, and ensuring all transactions are accurately reflected in QuickBooks Online. You will work closely with our CFOs and Controllers to deliver actionable insights and maintain the highest standards of financial data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple clients using QuickBooks Online.

Reconcile bank and credit card accounts, ensuring no discrepancies.

Process accounts payable and receivable, manage payroll entries, and handle month-end closing procedures.

Generate financial reports, including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements using Zoho Analytics integrated with QBO.

Collaborate with the Zoho One team to ensure seamless data flow between platforms and dashboards.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 4+ years of hands-on bookkeeping and accounting experience.

Must be QuickBooks Online Certified (Advanced Certification preferred).

Strong proficiency in using Zoho Books, Zoho Analytics, and other Zoho One applications is a plus.

Detail-oriented, client-facing, and able to communicate effectively with U.S.-based clients.

Familiarity with GAAP principles and experience in a CPA firm environment is strongly preferred.

Personality and Assessments:
All shortlisted candidates will complete a DISC or similar personality assessment to ensure they are a good fit for a client-facing role. Additionally, a technical accounting skills test will be required to confirm expertise with GAAP and QuickBooks Online.
