# Part-Time AI Video Editor & Social Content Creator

## About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled, visually creative AI Video Editor and Social Content Creator based in the Philippines.

This is not an entry-level video-editing position. We need someone who is already experienced with AI-generated video, AI image editing, product replacement, background replacement and short-form social advertising.

You will work with existing product photography, raw video footage, creator content and creative direction to produce polished content for Meta, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and other digital platforms.

This is a remote, part-time position with the potential to grow into a larger long-term role.

## Responsibilities

* Edit short-form advertisements and organic social-media videos
* Create multiple hooks, openings and variations from existing footage
* Use AI to replace or modify backgrounds, locations, environments and objects
* Replace products in videos and photographs while maintaining realistic lighting, perspective, scale and shadows
* Place our products naturally into existing photographs and video scenes
* Turn still images into realistic video sequences
* Generate supplemental footage when the required shot does not exist
* Remove unwanted objects, people, logos and visual distractions
* Retouch and enhance product, lifestyle and creator photography
* Resize and reformat content for different social-media platforms
* Add captions, voiceovers, music, sound effects, transitions and motion graphics
* Create realistic AI-generated lifestyle, product and advertising imagery
* Maintain accurate product packaging, labels, proportions, colors and branding
* Organize project files and deliver finished assets according to deadlines
* Stay current with rapidly changing AI video and image-generation platforms
* Collaborate with our marketing team to improve creative performance

## Required Software Experience

Applicants must have strong professional experience with:

* Runway
* CapCut Pro
* Adobe Premiere Pro
* Adobe Photoshop
* Adobe After Effects or an equivalent motion-graphics platform

You do not need to use every platform listed above. However, you must be able to select the right software for each project rather than relying on one AI tool for everything.

## Required Qualifications

* A strong portfolio of AI-generated and traditionally edited content
* Proven experience editing short-form social-media advertisements
* Advanced understanding of pacing, hooks, retention and platform-native editing
* Strong photo-editing and image-compositing abilities
* Ability to make AI-generated content look realistic rather than obviously artificial
* Excellent attention to product labels, packaging and brand consistency
* Strong sense of composition, lighting, typography, color and visual storytelling
* Ability to follow detailed creative direction
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
* Strong written and spoken English
* Reliable computer, high-speed internet and file-management system

Experience with beauty, personal care, wellness, fashion, outdoor or consumer-product brands is highly desirable.

## What We Are Not Looking For

We are not looking for someone who only knows how to trim footage, add subtitles or apply CapCut templates.

We need a creative problem-solver who understands both traditional post-production and modern generative-AI workflows.

## Schedule

* Part-time remote position
* Approximately 15–20 hours per week initially
* Some overlap with U.S. business hours may occasionally be required
* Hours may increase based on performance and creative volume

## Compensation

$15–$20 USD per hour, depending on portfolio quality, experience, speed and technical ability.

Exceptional candidates with advanced AI compositing, motion graphics or performance-ad experience may be considered at a higher rate.

## Paid Skills Test

Finalists will be invited to complete a paid creative test using supplied product assets and footage.

The test may include:

* Editing one short-form social advertisement
* Creating three different opening hooks
* Replacing or modifying a background
* Integrating a product naturally into an image or video
* Producing one AI-generated product or lifestyle image

The test will be evaluated based on realism, creativity, product accuracy, editing quality, speed and ability to follow creative direction.
