JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced YouTube Scriptwriter who knows how to create engaging scripts that keep viewers watching until the end.

We need someone who understands YouTube storytelling, audience retention, and how to write effective titles and descriptions that help videos perform better.

Requirements:

- Proven experience writing scripts for YouTube channels.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, hooks, curiosity, and audience retention.
- Ability to research topics and turn information into engaging, easy-to-follow scripts.
- Write naturally and conversationally, without robotic or repetitive storytelling.
- Ability to analyze YouTube channels and adapt scripts to match their style and audience.
- Experience creating and testing multiple YouTube titles and writing SEO-friendly descriptions.
- Understand what makes viewers click on a video and continue watching.
- Available for long-term collaboration (1+ years).

Salary starts at $700/month + performance bonuses. Negotiable based on experience and proven results.

We provide all the tools, subscriptions, and resources needed for the job.

To Apply (REQUIRED):

- Attach 1–2 YouTube videos you personally wrote scripts for.
- Share examples of YouTube titles and descriptions you have written or tested.
- Provide proof of performance if available (views, average view duration, retention graphs, or CTR).
- Briefly explain your contribution to those videos and the results achieved.

BONUS: Attach a short video explaining your experience. We will prioritize applicants with relevant examples and proven results.

IMPORTANT: Please do not send generic portfolios or unrelated writing samples. We are looking for someone with real YouTube scriptwriting experience who understands storytelling, audience retention, and video performance.

Applications without relevant examples will not be considered.

Final question: What is your favorite movie?

We are looking for someone serious, reliable, and interested in growing with our team long-term.
