JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced WooCommerce / WordPress PHP developer to build a small WooCommerce plugin that connects stores to our SaaS platform via API.

This is a relatively simple integration — we are not building a large WooCommerce application.

What the plugin needs to do:

- Connect the WooCommerce store to our API
- Detect new/completed orders
- Send required order/customer information to our API
- Include basic settings for connecting/authenticating the store
- Handle errors/logging properly
- Be packaged as a clean, installable WooCommerce plugin

Our existing senior PHP developer will handle everything on our SaaS/backend side.

You will not need access to our backend, servers or source code.

We will provide the API requirements and work with you on the connection.

Requirements:

- Strong PHP experience
- Good WordPress/WooCommerce plugin development experience
- Experience working with REST APIs
- Ideally have built WooCommerce plugins/integrations before

Budget guideline: USD $6 –$10/hour, depending on experience.

There may be additional work afterwards for PrestaShop and OpenCart integrations.
