Key Responsibilities:
Inbound & Outbound Communication:
Handle incoming calls from prospective applicants, guiding them through the application process and answering their questions.
Make outbound calls and send texts to remind and assist prospective applicants with completing forms on your website.
Guidance on Website Processes:
Explain how to search for available homes and schedule showings via text, phone, or
Guide applicants over the phone how to fill out forms. Hold their hands if they need it.
Remote Showings:
Conduct remote showings for prospective applicants, explaining the application process and the importance of viewing a unit before applying. youtu.be/gJL-6AFZge0
Application Assistance:
Help applicants complete their applications
Process Improvement:
Analyze current processes for inefficiencies and propose improvements. Make Ai recommendations to improve service and response time.
Maintenance Requests Handling:
Direct maintenance requests to the appropriate contractors efficiently.
Find contractors and communicate with tenants and contractors when service calls will be conducted.
Complaint Management:
Review security footage for any lease violations or abnormal behavior, downloading and uploading relevant footage to Google Drive for transparency with tenants.
Marketing Listings:
Post property listings on various platforms
Eviction Filings:
Monitor unpaid rent and send notices when needed
Fill out eviction paperwork and
Required Skills:
Fluency in English: Strong communication skills with minimal accent.
Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in property management or real estate is required.
Lead Generation & Appointment Setting: Experience in generating leads and scheduling appointments
Move-in Management: Experience generating lease documents, collecting move-in fees electronically, and coordinating move-in dates.
Accounting Skills: Ability to maintain accurate records for expenditures and rent collections.
Proactive Mindset: Motivation to improve processes and learn new tasks, demonstrating initiative, finding things problems that need attention and taking action to solve them.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experience: Previous experience in property management is required as well as a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
Availability: Candidates should indicate their available hours (looking for full time), willingness to work weekends
