JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Vacant Land Comper who already understands how to research and analyze vacant land.

Requirements:

Experience using Land Portal / Land Portal-type research tools
Strong experience using Zillow to find sold and active vacant land comps
Must understand how to properly compare vacant land based on:
Acreage / lot size
Location and surrounding area
Sold price and price per acre
Road access
Utilities
Zoning and allowed use
Topography
Flood zones / wetlands when applicable
Buildability and potential property issues
Must know how to determine which comps are actually comparable and which ones should not be used
Able to analyze multiple sold properties and determine a realistic market/resale value
Detail-oriented and accurate
Able to follow our comping system and instructions
Good communication and reliable internet

Important: We are specifically looking for someone who already has vacant land comping experience. Residential home comping experience alone is not enough.
