ClearPath Approvals is looking for an experienced U.S. Credit Repair Specialist / Virtual Assistant who already has hands-on experience working with U.S. consumer credit reports.
THIS IS NOT A BEGINNER CREDIT REPAIR POSITION.
We are looking for someone who can think independently, analyze credit reports, recognize factual reporting issues, review bureau responses, and understand when an account should — and should NOT — be disputed.
You will be trained on our proprietary ClearPath Approvals (CPA) operating platform, which we use to organize evidence, dispute workflows, bureau activity, responses, follow-ups, and case progression.
We are not looking to teach credit repair from scratch.
EXPERIENCE WE VALUE:
• Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion credit reports
• Three-bureau credit report analysis
• Collections and charge-offs
• Late-payment reporting
• Account status, balance, date, and payment-history discrepancies
• Hard inquiries
• Duplicate or inconsistent reporting
• Credit bureau disputes
• Reviewing investigation results and bureau responses
• Multiple dispute rounds
• Consumer documentation and evidence
• Method of Verification (MOV) concepts
• CFPB complaint workflows
• Direct furnisher disputes
• FCRA-related credit reporting concepts
• Credit Repair Cloud or similar credit-repair software
You do not need experience with every item above, but real U.S. credit-repair experience is required.
WHAT YOU MAY DO:
• Review three-bureau credit reports
• Analyze accounts for factual inconsistencies
• Review cases identified by our system
• Prepare dispute work through established workflows
• Review bureau investigation results
• Identify when additional evidence is needed
• Help determine appropriate follow-up actions
• Maintain accurate case records inside CPA
• Escalate questionable or unsupported cases for review
• Identify legitimate opportunities our system may have missed
We want someone who THINKS — not someone who simply clicks buttons.
If our system recommends an action that you believe is unsupported by the evidence, we expect you to STOP and flag it rather than blindly submit it.
Accuracy and judgment are more important than volume.
TO APPLY:
At the VERY BEGINNING of your application, write:
EVIDENCE FIRST
Then answer ALL 12 questions below.
1. How long have you worked specifically in U.S. credit repair, and what were your main responsibilities?
2. Which credit-repair platforms or CRMs have you used?
3. Which types of negative accounts or credit-report issues have you personally worked with?
4. A client's account appears on all three bureaus. Experian reports a 90-day late payment for a particular month, Equifax reports the account current for that same month, and TransUnion reports a 30-day late payment.
Walk us through what you would examine BEFORE deciding whether a dispute should be made.
5. A credit bureau responds to a dispute by saying an account was "verified." What would you review before deciding what should happen next?
6. Give an example of a situation where you would NOT dispute a negative account even though the client wants it removed. Explain why.
7. What is your understanding of a Method of Verification request?
8. What experience, if any, do you have with CFPB complaints or direct furnisher disputes?
9. Imagine the software you are using recommends disputing an account, but after reviewing the report you believe the evidence does not support the dispute. What would you do?
10. Tell us about one difficult credit-report case you personally worked on. What did you notice, what action did you take, and what happened afterward? Do not provide confidential client information.
11. What hours are you normally available to work, in Philippine Time?
12. What hourly rate are you requesting in USD?
We are looking for someone interested in becoming a long-term member of our operation.
Please answer the questions yourself and be prepared to discuss your answers during an interview.
