[About the Company]
We are Korea-based SEO agency mostly managing medium to large companies as our clients.

[About the Role]
We are looking for an experienced Technical SEO Specialist who can take full ownership of technical SEO execution across multiple websites including technical audits, fixes, providing detailed guidelines etc.

*This role is not for beginners and NO training will be provided*

You will work directly with the manager to diagnose, fix, and optimize technical SEO issues.

If you enjoy solving complex SEO problems, working with real traffic data, and seeing measurable ranking improvements — this role is for you.

[Key Responsibilities]
Technical SEO Execution
- Perform full technical SEO audits (indexing, crawling, rendering, site architecture)
- Identify and resolve issues related to:
- Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP)
- Page speed & performance
- Crawl budget optimization
- Duplicate content & canonicalization
- URL structures & internal linking
- Redirects (301/302), pagination, faceted navigation
- Diagnose and fix indexation issues (noindex, robots.txt, sitemap errors)

[Search Engine Tools]
You need to have experiences with using the following tools:
- Screaming Frog
- Google Search Console
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- PageSpeed Insights / Lighthouse

Monitor crawl errors, coverage issues, and manual actions
Submit and maintain XML sitemaps correctly

[Structured Data & Advanced SEO]
- Implement and test structured data (Schema / JSON-LD)
- Support international SEO (hreflang, multi-language sites) when required

[Requirements]

- Work hour will be based on Korea Time Zone(KST) 10am - 6pm (12-1pm lunch break)
