JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced tax preparer for a one-time project involving a Form 1065 partnership and potentially related individual tax returns for 2023, 2024, and 2025.
The ideal candidate has strong experience with:
Partnership returns and Schedule K-1s.
Fixed asset reconciliation and depreciation.
Vehicle and equipment purchases, trade-ins, and disposals.
Prior-year tax corrections and amended returns.
Responsibilities include reviewing existing returns and depreciation schedules, identifying discrepancies, recommending necessary corrections, and preparing applicable filings.
CPA or EA preferred, but experienced tax preparers with the relevant background are welcome to apply. Please share your experience, availability, and pricing for an initial review.
