JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Tax Assistant for a gig-based role (per client).

This is NOT an entry-level position. You must already have experience preparing tax returns, specifically W-2 and 1099 clients.

You will assist in preparing and inputting tax returns, organizing client information, and ensuring accurate filings using our systems.

This role is ideal for someone who can operate like a tax preparer and handle clients independently with minimal supervision.

? RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prepare and input tax returns for clients (W-2 and 1099)
• Review client documents for accuracy and completeness
• Use NinjaTax Pro (or similar software) to process returns
• Assist with onboarding and organizing client files
• Send agreements and documents through PandaDoc
• Update client status and notes in GoHighLevel (CRM)
• Communicate updates clearly with the team
• Ensure all filings are accurate and completed on time

?? REQUIREMENTS (MANDATORY)
• MUST have experience preparing tax returns (W-2 & 1099)
• MUST have used tax software (NinjaTax Pro or similar)
• MUST have experience with:
• GoHighLevel (CRM)
• PandaDoc
• MUST have strong attention to detail and accuracy
• MUST be able to follow systems and instructions exactly
• MUST be reliable and responsive
