Recruiting Sourcer (5+ Years of Experience)
Location: Remote

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Recruiting Sourcer to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of sourcing experience, excels at building diverse talent pipelines, and is passionate about finding exceptional candidates for hard-to-fill and high-impact roles. This position plays a critical role in driving our recruiting strategy and partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify top talent for a variety of roles.
• Utilize advanced Boolean search, social recruiting, AI-driven tools, and creative sourcing techniques to attract active and passive candidates.
• Build, nurture, and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct initial outreach, pre-qualification, and engagement to create interest in opportunities.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements, candidate profiles, and market dynamics.
• Track and report sourcing metrics, funnel performance, and pipeline health.
• Promote the company brand through professional networks, industry events, and online communities.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing and engagement process.
Qualifications
• 5+ years of sourcing experience within an in-house talent acquisition team or agency environment.
• Proven success sourcing for hard-to-fill, niche, or highly technical roles.
• Deep knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean/X-Ray search, ATS/CRM systems, and sourcing platforms.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with diversity sourcing strategies is a strong plus.
• Curiosity, persistence, and a data-driven approach to problem solving.
